There is a 1-hour grace window on all returns — unless another rental is scheduled immediately after yours, in which case the grace window may not apply. A $25/hour late fee applies after the grace period. Late fees and grace windows are ultimately at the operator's discretion based on scheduling.

Yes — in two ways:
Dump Run Service: We drop the trailer, you fill it, we haul it away. $400 flat rate includes a 2-day window and 1 ton of dump fees. Free within 15 miles, $2/mile each way beyond that.
Standard trailer delivery: We can deliver any trailer to your location with proper advance notice, at our discretion. Delivery is charged at $2/mile or $50/hour during rush hour traffic, stacked on top of your rental fee. Contact us to arrange.
It's simple — we drop it, you fill it, we haul it. Here's how it goes:
1. You book the service online or by calling us.
2. We deliver the dump trailer to your location.
3. You have a 2-day window to load it at your own pace — no rushing.
4. Once you're done, we pick it up and handle the dump run for you.
5. You pay only what the dump charges for any extra tonnage beyond the 1 ton included.

General rules that apply to all trailers:
— No hazardous materials — chemicals, flammables, bio-waste, or anything that requires special disposal.
— No illegal items of any kind.
— Loads must be properly secured before moving. Unsecured loads are a safety hazard and your responsibility.
— Do not exceed the trailer's GVWR or payload capacity.
Dump trailer specific: Asphalt, gravel, and concrete bags (not large chunks or slabs) are allowed but must not exceed the max fill line (approximately 2.5 cubic yards). Overloading will result in damage charges.
When in doubt, text us and ask — we'd rather answer a question upfront than deal with a problem later.
Yes — we offer a 10% discount for active military, veterans, police, fire, and EMS personnel. Just mention it at booking and we'll apply it to your reservation.
Weekly rates are also automatically applied when you book 7 or more days, which is cheaper than paying the daily rate.
No mileage limit. Take the trailer wherever you need to go — in-state or out of state. Just make sure it's returned by your agreed return date and time.
Call or text us immediately at (458) 255-4406. If it's a maintenance or mechanical issue on our end, we've got you covered — that's on us.
However, renters are responsible for all other damages including but not limited to: negligence, overloading, tire blowouts, accidents, and misuse of equipment. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is the renter's financial responsibility.
Pre-existing damage is documented in your walk-around inspection photos at pickup, protecting you from being charged for something that was already there.
You are required to have valid auto insurance that covers towing a trailer before renting. Most standard auto insurance policies extend to trailers — check with your provider to confirm your coverage.
Premium Trailers LLC is insured through our commercial insurance provider, MBA Insurance. You are still responsible for the trailer while it is in your possession. Any damage caused by negligence, overloading, accidents, or misuse is the renter's financial responsibility regardless of insurance status.
